Company Profile

PMG Services has been in business since 1994, having gone through two changes in ownership, Mary Jo Edel CMCA, AMS, PCAM, CAAM bought 100% ownership in 2012 after being a partner for the past 10 years. PMG has grown from 17 associations to over 70, with many new clients in the pipeline. In this time, PMG Services has earned a reputation for high quality, competent professional management at reasonable cost. Recently, PMG Services has undergone many changes, a new office with two conference rooms for board of director and committee meetings, vendor and resident meetings as well. PMG Services has invested in state-of-the-art technology from financial technology to web site and portals to improve communications with all applicable parties, mobile technology has recently been implemented to better service our clients in “real time”.

PMG Services employs 10 credentialed, designated community association managers, many of whom have earned the following designation(s) of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Association Management Specialist (AMS) and Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM). Currently, we boast five (5) PCAM’s with several others close to attaining the highest level of commitment and professional advancement available in the industry nationwide. We also have several managers hold the Certified Arizona Association Manager (CAAM) designation given by the Arizona Association of Community Managers (AACM).

Education of our board members and community leaders is one of our highest priorities and is an integral part of our management. All areas of community association aspects are covered by our educational programs and are addressed periodically at board orientation meetings along with classes given at local venues. Periodic educational seminars provide topical, specialized information by recognized industry experts for our clients.

PMG Services provides complimentary meeting facilities at our Mesa office, we also utilize web based virtual meetings to include those who are not present at time of meeting. We also provide twenty-four (24) hour services for emergencies through a professional answering service for any common area community emergency needs.
