PMG Services is committed to provide impeccable communication to the Board of Directors and homeowners on all issues.

Our normal hours of operation are Monday–Thursday 8:00am to 5:00pm and Friday 8:00am to 2:00pm. We have a 24 hour/day, 7 day/week live answering service for any emergencies.

All Board members will also have access to personal cell phone numbers for the community manager and principals of the company for immediate access.

When you hire PMG Services you hire the entire company, we work very closely as a team. Your community receives personal attention and customized service beginning with the person who answers the telephone -- who will not just transfer the call to the manager or the manager’s voice mail but will ask what the call is regarding so they can quickly and efficiently help them. For example, they will provide forms immediately via email or fax (or snail mail) and handle requests for keys, remotes, etc so the homeowner is served in the first phone call. If the call is in regard to accounting or collections they get it to the right person the first time.

All phone calls are returned by the next business day and usually on the same day. PMG maintains call logs to include names, dates, times, nature of call and follow up notes by association for any given period of time frame.

All emails are returned within 24 hours and usually on the same day. The Board is kept informed between meetings as appropriate but at a minimum weekly, usually via email.

Reports are e-mailed to the Board as soon as they are completed and violation logs can be e-mailed to the Board after the completion on each tour as required (sample violation log attached). Action items are documented after a Board meeting and e-mailed to the Board, sample attached.

In addition to the above, PMG Services includes at no additional cost to the association it’s fully integrated web portal. Real-time features include a customizable auto-notification feature for when an owner enters a maintenance request, a request for architectural approval or even just a response to an email inquiry.
