Company Profile
PMG Services has been in business since 1994. Mary Jo Edel CMCA, AMS, PCAM, the President and CEO, bought 100% ownership of the company in 2012 after being a partner for 10 years. In this time, PMG Services has earned a reputation for high quality, competent, professional management at reasonable cost. PMG Services has invested in state-of-the-art technology such as our financial software, web site, web portals, and mobile applications to improve communications with our boards and homeowners.
PMG Services employs credentialed, designated community association managers, all of whom have earned at least one of the following designations: Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Association Management Specialist (AMS) and Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM). Currently, we boast three (3) PCAM’s with several others close to attaining the highest level of commitment and professional advancement available in the industry nationwide.
Education of our board members and community leaders is one of our highest priorities and is an integral part of our management. All areas of community association aspects are covered by our educational programs and are addressed periodically at board orientation meetings along with classes given at local venues.
PMG Services provides complimentary meeting facilities at our Mesa office. We also utilize web based virtual meetings to include those who are not available to personally attend the meeting. In addition, we provide twenty-four (24) hour services for emergencies through a professional answering service for any common area community emergency needs.
