Company Profile
PMG Services has been providing exceptional community management services across Arizona since 1994. In 2025, after 17 years of dedicated service, Maggie Story, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, acquired 100% ownership of the company and now serves as President and CEO. Under her leadership, PMG Services continues to uphold a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, competent, and professional management at a reasonable cost.
We are committed to innovation and have invested in state-of-the-art technology, including advanced software, mobile applications, and secure web portals, to enhance communication and streamline services for our clients.
PMG Services also prioritizes continuous education. We invest in the development of our team through industry credentials and designations from the Community Associations Institute (CAI). Likewise, educating board members and community leaders is one of our top priorities. We offer comprehensive training and orientation programs that cover all aspects of community association management to support both new and experienced board members.
To further support our clients, we provide complimentary meeting space at our Mesa office and offer virtual meeting options to accommodate those unable to attend in person. For urgent needs, we maintain a 24-hour emergency service line staffed by a professional answering service to ensure timely responses to any common area emergencies.
